Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time begins once your payment is verified. During busy periods or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll email you if there's any unexpected delay.

Shipping Within the United States We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories.

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling $175 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $175, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Rates start at approximately $8–$15 for most items.
  • Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. (This is a carrier estimate—actual times may vary.)

We currently use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size/weight and destination for the best combination of speed and cost. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, we'll update this policy and announce it on the site.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account or contacting us.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue (replacement or refund as appropriate).

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for any future international orders), incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be redirected or refunded.
